Dealer Principal & CEO
Chris leads Leavens Auto Group with a focus on people, performance, and long-term relationships. He supports the network’s strategic direction while empowering each store to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
Dustin Walker
Chief Operating Officer, CFO & Partner
Leads the group’s operational and financial strategy, overseeing dealership performance, budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning while ensuring efficient processes, strong controls, and disciplined growth. Aligns operations, finance, and reporting across all locations to support profitable performance, reinvestment in facilities and teams, and a consistent, customer‑focused experience.
Chantelle Leavens
Chief Administrative Officer
Oversees operations across the group, with responsibility for HR and compliance, operational efficiency, financial controls, internal communication, and new‑build project management, ensuring processes and performance standards support customers, employees, and long‑term growth at every dealership location.
